Return & Exchange Policy – Eleve11

At Eleve11, we are committed to providing a satisfying and seamless shopping experience.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • In case of a defective item or wrong order, returns are accepted within 14 days.

 

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or order number must be provided.
  • The item must not be washed, worn, or altered.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments.
  • Discounted items (if stated).
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

 

4. Free Return Cases

Eleve11 will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Item received damaged.

 

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item (size/color) or another item, with price difference applied if any.

 

6. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer support (WhatsApp / instgram). 
  2. Provide your order number and item details (photos if needed).
  3. A courier will be arranged to collect the item.
  4. After inspection:
    • A refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, or
    • The replacement item will be shipped.

 

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • The original payment method, or
    • Store credit (based on customer preference).

 

Important Notes

  • Requests after the allowed period will not be accepted.
  • Eleve11 reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
